Tax Advice
Serious
I guess the tax laws are really getting stricter because my boyfriend couldn't carry me and my daughter on his return. I don't know why this happened he did years ago we filed as married.

I am legally married to my daughter's father so I'm unsure what's going on because we did this before and the situation was the same.

My husband said he didn't carry my son.

I'm thinking somebody else is carrying us without my consent. I'm not sure how I can find out because on the internet when I posed the question they said the IRS will contact you by mail if someone carries you or your child.

He is afraid of being audited and going to prison where a big black dude by the name of Bubba will sodimize him and he will be turned into a cock slut and then when he gets out he will be an aids infected faggot and it will all be your fault.

So he is avoiding all this drama you are bringing to the relationship

Maybe he realized that he is not a corporation making a corporate profit, which is the only thing required to pay income tax.

No change whatsoever, sweetheart. He could NEVER claim you OR your son, unless you're married to him AND you're not receiving child support.
If he claimed both of you before, it's tax fraud and if they ever find out, he's going to owe more money than he can count to the IRS.
And he WILL pay it, since the IRS can literally take everything you have and put a lien on any and everything you ever have in the future.
So, if I were you, I'd keep my mouth shut about how he filed in the past.
Most IRS audits are generated by tips phoned into them by friends, family members and co-workers.
Of course, what most tipsters don't realize, is that THEY get audited too, when they turn somebody in.

He didn't claim you as married, he claimed you and your daughter as dependents. You can do this if someone lives in your home and you can prove that your income is what takes care of them.

It wouldn't make sense that he "couldn't" do it this time. It's not like he goes to fill that box in and it's not there. He's up to something or someone told him that he's not supposed to do that and he believes them.

Also Comment #2 is technically correct, the income tax is on profit gained throughout the year. Since individuals equally exchange service for income, there is no profit. This is all well and good except that the court system is set in its ways and has set up so many laws that they can arrest you for any number of technicalities not even related to income taxes. Google Irwin Schiff and Joe Bannister.

^^^ You can "Google" anybody you like.
Bottom line is, if the IRS sends you a statement saying you owe a certain amount in income taxes,
you're going to have more problems than you'll know what to do with if you don't comply.
They have a saying at the IRS; "If we think we need to teach you a lesson; WE WILL!"

^Fear is a great tool for governments.

We are all slaves. To think otherwise is insanity.

^^^ Of COURSE. That's what governments do.
And the kicker is, government agencies, NOT elected politicians actually run the country.
The politicians are too busy making money for themselves through kick-backs and payoffs, smoking and snorting dope, chasing whores
and making deals to make sure they get re-elected.
They got no time to run the country.
